HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
We offer a premium shipping option with tracking, please select it on checkout and we'll send you a tracking number in a jiffy!
I CAN'T TRACK MY PARCEL USING THE TRACKING NUMBER PROVIDED. WHAT CAN I DO?
It may take 48 to 72 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the post office and sometimes tracking numbers may change. If after 3 days you still cannot get the tracking information of your order, please contact us and we'll get everything sorted!

CAN I HAVE MY PARCEL REDIRECTED TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?
For your security reasons, we are not able to change the address your order is being sent to.
CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED TO A P.O. BOX?
HOW ARE CUSTOMS CHARGES APPLIED FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
We ship to countries all over the world, and as such, we cannot predict what these charges will be for your specific address. We highly recommend contacting your local customs office for the latest charges before ordering.
